Both homes were originally built in 1938 and remodeled in 2020 to restore the charm while providing all of the modern comforts. It's in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Boise, just blocks from the capital, Hyde Park and everything downtown Boise has to offer. Enjoy the lush landscaping and fresh air and dine alfresco at the patio tables.
Each home has a full kitchen upstairs and kitchenettes downstairs. There are a total of two stove/ovens, 4 fridges, 4 microwaves and 2 dishwashers. There are also a total of 4 sets of washers/dryers.
There are also four TVs that are pre-loaded with Netflix, Prime Video Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+.
