This charming single story studio apartment has been completely remodeled around its beautiful original saltillo tile! The apartment is just a few blocks from ASU's gorgeous campus and all of the hot spots in downtown Tempe.

You'll love the peaceful neighborhood and its unique (for Phoenix) lush green yards, mature fur trees and all of the citrus trees in your shared back yard. Feel free to pick your fill of oranges, grapefruits, lemons and limes (season permitting)!
