Welcome to the completely updated Lakefront Hacienda! Enjoy our 3 bed/2 bath home with lakeviews from almost every room! The quaint and quite neighborhood includes access to a community pool, hot tub, & tennis courts! It's located just 4 minutes from the downtown Chandler scene, close to the 202 freeway and surrounded by dining and entertainment.

This bright, stylish house with soaring vaulted ceilings is situated in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. The extensive remodel that was completed in 2022 was designed to make you feel at home. Take advantage of the 1GB fiber WiFi, large flat screen TV (with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu and ESPN), washer and dryer, well equipped full kitchen and tableware. You'll LOVE dining on the patio just a few feet from the water too. The two person paddle boat tethered to the deck off the back yard is for your enjoyment as well.

We decorated and furnished the home for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. The premium sheets, pillows and the mattresses of varying firmnesses have been selected to give you the very best nights's sleep possible. Our goal with the bedding is to give you an even better sleeping experience than what you get at home.

There is a guest suite on this property, but it does not share any walls with the main house and has a completely separate entrance. The only shared space with the guest suite on the property is a patio on the west side of the house and the boat dock and paddle boat.
