Holy smokes! This charming little single story, 3 bed, 2 bath ranch style home is truly special! It sits just a few steps from the bottom of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, giving you amazing hiking and soul rejuvenating views. The closest trail to the house is the Mountain Preserve Nature Loop, which is rated as an easy hike by alltrails.com, and is approximately 1 mile long.

The home is close to restaurants, cafes, entertainment, the 51 freeway and is just 15 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. You'll love the peaceful neighborhood, desert landscaping and sipping your coffee watching the sun set behind the phoenix mountains.

Your relaxation and comfort is paramount to us, so we have included a large smart TV with Apple TV preloaded with free access to Netflix, Prime Video Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+! Oh and the wifi is a blazing fast 1GB fiber connection.  Enjoy unlimited free play on 12 games including pac man on the arcade!

The dining, kitchen and living room boast an open concept that is tastefully designed, furnished and decorated for maximum relaxing and/or social entertaining.

The kitchen has granite counters, upgraded stainless steel fridge, stovetop and dishwasher. And, preserving the original charm of the home, we still have the original oven from the 1960s. It works amazing because they don't make them like they used to! The kitchen is fully stocked with utinsels and even some spices so you can save money by preparing meals versus eating out.

The brand new beds are high quality and the sheet thread count is high and the quality is excellent. Our goal on the bedding is that you experience a night's sleep that's even better than what you get at home.

You also have private access to both a washer and dryer in the utility closet off the back patio.
