Welcome to the completely updated Studio Suite on the Lake! Enjoy this cozy 250 square foot studio apartment with a community pool, hot tub, basketball court and tennis court! The suite is located just 4 minutes from the downtown Chandler scene, close to the 202 freeway and surrounded by dining and entertainment.

The extensive remodel that was completed in 2022 was designed to make you feel at home. Take advantage of the 1GB WiFi, flat screen TV (with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu and ESPN), and a fully equipped kitchenette with a countertop cooker, mini fridge, microwave & Keurig. 

We decorated and furnished this small studio apartment for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. The premium sheets, pillows and mattress have been selected to give you the very best nights' sleep possible. Our goal with the bedding is to give you an even better sleeping experience than what you get at home. To save precious space, we have installed a murphy bed that folds up against the wall when not in use. This guest suite is attached to the garage of the main house on the property, but it does not share any walls with the main house and has a completely separate entrance. The only shared space on the property is a patio on the west side of the house and the driveway.
