The dining, kitchen and living room are tastefully designed, furnished and decorated for maximum relaxing and/or social entertaining.  The kitchen, equipped with all new appliances in December 2021, is fully stocked with utensils and even some spices so you can save money by preparing meals versus eating out.

The new beds are high quality and the sheet thread count is high and of excellent quality. Our goal on the bedding is that you experience a night's sleep that's even better than what you get at home.

You have also private access to both a washer and dryer just off the kitchen.

Final note: While this main level apartment is completely private to you, a long term tenant lives in the downstairs apartment and the back yard is shared with both apartments.
