All of the common area flooring was upgraded with new laminate and vinyl in 2020.  ​​The kitchen is fully equipped so you can save money by cooking meals.  You also have full use of an attached two-car garage.  As an added bonus, there is a good sized yard for you to play, relax or enjoy Boise's beautiful sunsets.

This home has 2 queen beds in two of the bedrooms, two twin beds in the third and a sofa sleeper with full mattress in the living room. Enjoy apple TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+ all for no additional charge.

You also have access to the shared backyard and a laundry room with coin-operated washer and dryer that is shared with the other apartment on the same property.
