The new beds & high thread count sheets are of the best quality and selected with your comfort in mind. While you have completely private access and exclusive use of the main house, there is another tenant living in the attached casita (guest house). You also have access to the shared backyard and a laundry room with coin-operated washer and dryer that is shared with the other apartment on the same property.
