This charming single story condo located on the second floor has been completely remodeled to become a chic pad with a farmhouse vibe! The condo is just a couple blocks from downtown Temp, ASU's gorgeous campus, tons of places to eat and drink and all of the hot spots in downtown Tempe. It's also just 7 short minutes from Sky Harbor Int'l Airport.

You'll love the large pool and spa, covered gathering place, immaculately manicured gardens/yards and the tranquil spirit of Scene One Condos!

Your relaxation and comfort is paramount to us, so we have included a large smart TV with free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+! Oh and the wifi is a blazing fast 100Mb connection. The AC is new and powerful to keep you cool in Arizona's heat.

The dining, kitchen and living area boast an open concept that is tastefully designed, furnished and decorated for maximum relaxing and/or social entertaining.

The kitchen has hardwood counters and upgraded appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and even some spices so you can save money by preparing meals versus eating out.

The brand new king bed and high thread count sheets are of the best quality and selected with your comfort in mind. Our goal on the bedding is that you experience a night's sleep that's even better than what you get at home. The condo comes with an in-unit washer and dryer for your exclusive use.

Please note that this is a condo, and while you won't have neighbors above you, you do have neighbors on each side and below you.  Be prepared for incidental interaction with and occasional noise from our friendly neighbors. This elegant basement studio apartment, originally built in 1938 and completely remodeled in 2020 restores the charm of years gone by while providing all of the modern comforts.  The home has high grade flooring throughout and a heated tile floor in the full bathroom.  The living space is creatively divided from the sleeping space, ensuring comfort and enabling you to relax and unwind.  The charming mini kitchen meets the challenge of both form and function, containing everything you need for cooking meals during your stay including a countertop cooker, stainless steel fridge/freezer and a bistro table for 2. Due to the age of the home and the fact that it is a basement unit, beware that you may hear footsteps from the hardwood floors from the tenants on the first floor. 

We have also pulled all of the stops for your downtime in the home.  A 55" TV is logged into Netflix, Prime Video Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+.  In the shared back yard, you and your family can relax under the umbrella and enjoy the fresh air, immaculate landscaping and North End neighborhood charm.  The bed is a queen and the bedding is 1,000 thread count and was selected for maximum comfort.

Final Note: The health and welfare of our guests and staff is of the utmost importance. Therefore, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have enhanced our already stringent sanitation practices between guests.  Specifically, we are performing an extra thorough sanitization of all commonly touched surfaces, such as door knobs, switches and counters.  We are washing all dishes and linens in the hottest possible setting and ensuring good ventilation and air sanitation inside the home as well.

The suite is located just 4 minutes from the downtown Chandler scene, close to the 202 freeway and surrounded by dining and entertainment.

The extensive remodel that was completed in 2022 was designed to make you feel at home. Take advantage of the 1GB WiFi, flat screen TV (with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu and ESPN), and a fully equipped kitchenette with a countertop cooker, mini fridge, microwave & Keurig. 

We decorated and furnished this small studio apartment for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. The premium sheets, pillows and mattress have been selected to give you the very best nights' sleep possible. Our goal with the bedding is to give you an even better sleeping experience than what you get at home. To save precious space, we have installed a murphy bed that folds up against the wall when not in use. This guest suite is attached to the garage of the main house on the property, but it does not share any walls with the main house and has a completely separate entrance. The only shared space on the property is a patio on the west side of the house and the driveway.
